“Sipahi Maqbool Hussain” was a biopic of the life of Siphai Maqbool who was captured by Indian army in 1965 and kept him alive but not as war prisoner but as a private captive, torched him for many years and even cut his tongue. This performance was a tribute to this national hero who sacrificed his young age for safety of the country. This play was performed in collaboration with Lahore Arts Council. This play is considered as one of the most successful play in the history of Lahore Arts Council.
